It takes a village to raise a child, and I feel privileged when families invite me into theirs. It’s a responsibility I take seriously, with gratitude and care.
I am passionate about providing services to children, youth, and families. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where children can be their authentic selves, explore their emotions at their own pace, and feel truly heard and understood.
Play is a child’s natural language. Through play, creativity, art, puppets, and other child-centred approaches, I help children communicate what can sometimes be difficult to put into words, build emotional awareness, develop coping strategies, and make sense of their experiences.
Caregivers play an incredibly important role in a child’s emotional well-being and development as well. I work collaboratively with parents and caregivers through a supportive and empowering approach, helping them better understand their child’s needs, strengthen their relationship, and feel more confident supporting their child.
While play-based therapy is a central part of my practice, I also draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Art-Based Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, particularly when working with adolescents and teens. I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. I thoughtfully tailor my approach to the strengths, needs, personality, and goals of each child, youth, and family, creating a therapeutic experience that feels meaningful and authentic to them.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that children do not need to change who they are to be worthy of understanding and support. They need to feel safe enough to be themselves, connected enough to feel supported, and empowered enough to discover their own strengths. It is a privilege to walk alongside children and families as they navigate challenges, build connection, and discover new possibilities together.
Remember, it’s never too late. Let’s work together to support your family.

My journey into therapy was a personal one, deeply inspired by some of my closest and most meaningful relationships. These relationships have shaped who I am, how I interact with the world, and what I now bring into my therapeutic space. The experiences I’ve had have solidified my passion for supporting children and youth – helping them feel seen, heard, and empowered. I bring empathy, creativity, and dedication to every session. At the heart of my work is a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves to feel understood, supported, and capable of growth.
Beyond therapy, I have a deep love for music and am a certified classical pianist. I’ve found that art, music, and play can be transformative tools, especially for young clients who struggle to express their emotions with words. My love for music not only shapes how I work but also strengthens my ability to connect with and support my clients in meaningful ways.
I specialize in working with children and youth aged 4 to 21, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotional regulation challenges, or simply providing a safe, judgment-free space to talk. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where young people feel supported, heard, and equipped with the tools they need to thrive.
My approach is tailored to each child’s unique needs, blending Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, narrative techniques, and person-centered practices. As a clinical Traumatologist I ensure my work is always trauma informed.
Therapy is a team effort, and I work closely with families to create treatment plans that align with each child’s development, goals, and strengths. It’s an honour to be part of that journey, helping young people build confidence, resilience, and a sense of empowerment that stays with them long after therapy ends.
